your Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains financial system, DataSys

In addition to DataSys' on-site and Web-based training, the
DataSys University program adds classroom training to the mix.
Below is a full schedule of classroom training sessions you
can take advantage of throughout the “academic” year that will
run from January 2008 through December 2008.

training for your company only.
- Half-day classes are priced at $300 per person; full-day
classes are $500. Prepayment entitles you to a discount
of $25 for a half-day and $50 for full day classes.

This introductory training is a great start for new
users to learn basic Great Plains skills. This class
covers General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Inquiries,
Reporting, Budgets and Smart Lists, along with month-end
procedures. You’ll receive a packet of screenshots for
reference during class and back on the job. Incorporating
practical, hands-on exercises and time for questions,
you’ll leave the class with newfound confidence. |

Intro to FRx |
|

Come review the basics and sharpen your skills at our
introductory-level class for FRx. The full-day, hands-on
program allows for plenty of practice exercises, enabling
you to quickly achieve power user status to create Custom
Rows, Columns, Trees and Catalog IDs. Once you’ve mastered
the concepts, we recommend you attend our Advanced FRx
class. |

For the ultimate power user, learn more advanced features
of FRx reporting, such as options for distributing reports,
the pros/cons of linking to an external spreadsheet,
multi-currency reporting, and complex report calculations.
During the last half hour, we’ll show how FRx Report
Manager and Report Launcher can streamline the organization
and generation of FRx Reports. |

Fixed Assets |

This one-day class is recommended for customers wishing
to develop a working knowledge of the typical daily
procedures required to effectively use the GP Fixed
Assets module. You’ll learn how to set up the fixed
asset module, interface data from Accounts Payable and/or
Purchase Order Processing, run reports, and execute
month-end procedures. We’ll also review how the fixed
asset module is brought online, including the common
pitfalls of bringing on data from a legacy system. This
class also focuses on how Fixed Assets integrates with
other modules in Great Plains. |

first-time user of Great Plains software or a veteran,
this seminar will provide you with the valuable information
you need to streamline your closing process. Learn Do’s
& Don’t to ensure a successful year-end, as well
as how to identify errors that can impede the year-end
close process. This is a fast-paced class, requiring
a proficiency in Great Plains navigation. |

during your initial implementation or upgrade, and are
therefore welcomed by users who are familiar with Great
Plains. Please join us to gain new knowledge to improve
your productivity even further. |
