Few things are more important to your business than trained personnel. And when it comes gaining expertise on Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains and FRx, DataSys is your partner for classroom, onsite and Web-based training. Below is a full schedule of classroom training sessions you can take advantage of throughout the “academic” year that will run from January 2011 through December 2011.
Class size is limited, so we encourage you to register early by contacting Diane Reilly at dreilly@datasyscorp.com, 508-303-9490, x213. Diane can also coordinate classroom training for your company only.

- Full Day classes are priced at $550 per person; class is held from 9 am to 4 pm and includes lunch.
- Half Day classes are priced at $325 per person; class is held from 9 am to noon.
- Pricing discounts: Prepayment entitles you to $50 off a full-day and $25 off a half-day class. Multiple attendees from the same company receive a $50 discount per attendee for full-day classes, and $25 per attendee for half-day classes.
- Returning Clients: Taken a particular class with us before? Take $50 off the cost of a repeat full-day class and $25 off the cost of a repeat half-day class. This discount can be combined with the above discounts.
- Onsite Classroom Training: DataSys can bring its training classes to your site. Priced at $2,500 per day, includes all materials and travel expenses, and includes 7 hours of training.

Dynamics GP Fundamentals - Part One
Full Day

This introductory training is a great start for new users to learn essential Great Plains skills. We cover General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Inquiries, Reporting, Budgets, and Smart Lists. You'll receive a booklet of screenshots for reference during class and back on the job. Incorporating practical, hands-on exercises and time for questions, you will leave class with newfound confidence. |

Mastering Management Reporter

Spend the day gaining competency with these features: Report Library, users and security, importing files, printing and distributing reports, row definitions, column definitions, report definitions, tree definitions, new report checklist, differences between FRx and Management Reporter.
Take $100 off if using DataSys services to migrate to Management Reporter.

Come review the essentials and sharpen your skills at our introductory-level class for FRx. The full-day, hands-on program allows for plenty of practice exercises, enabling you to quickly achieve power user status to create Custom Rows, Columns, Trees and Catalog IDs. This comprehensive, lecture-style session focuses on the Fiscal and Calendar Year-End closing procedures for Inventory, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and General Ledger. Whether you are a first-time user of Great Plains software or a veteran, this seminar will provide you with the valuable information you need to streamline your closing process. Gain "insider tips" to ensure a successful year-end, as well as how to identify errors that can impede the year-end close process. This is a fast-paced class, requiring a proficiency in Great Plains navigation. |

Analyzing your GP Data
Half Day |
Gain a hands-on approach to exporting and analyzing your GP data in Excel. We’ll also take a close look at Excel Report Integration and show you how to get the most out of SmartLists. We’ll cover “must know” Excel features such as pivot tables, filters, joining spreadsheets, and subtotaling. We’ll briefly touch on SQL Server Reporting Services.
